Becoming an Independent Assessor for One Future is a rewarding professional opportunity for those passionate about making a difference in the lives of children in out-of-home care. As an independent assessor, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating foster care and kinship care placements, ensuring that children are placed in environments that support their developmental, emotional, physical, and social needs.

Why choose One Future?

At One Future, we emphasize the importance of conducting thorough, holistic assessments that consider each child’s unique circumstances, including their family, culture, and community.
